Volunteers providing Matamata residents with transport to Waikato, Tauranga, Rotorua and Thames Hospitals plus surrounding clinics.
SHUTTLES TO HOSPITAL
We pick you up from your home in our comfortable shuttle bus and escort you to the reception desk at the hospital clinic for your health-related appointments.
VOLUNTEER DRIVERS
Our volunteer drivers are accompanied by a support person to ensure passengers are as comfortable during the trips as possible.
STRESS FREE COMMUTING
We make your hospital visit as stress free as possible. A companion may travel with you and we also transport people visiting patients in hospital.
MAKE A BOOKING
Two shuttles travel to Waikato Hospital and surrounding clinics daily, supplemented by a third shuttle, which also travels to other hospitals as required.

In just over 15 years, the Matamata Health Shuttles have transported a staggering 32,000+ passengers to medical appointments in Hamilton and further afield. As most travel to and from their appointments, that is 64,000 passenger trips.
